Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some issues with room comfort and sound insulation, but the free service available anytime was a nice touch. The staff, especially the doorman, were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was fantastic, near the medina, train station, and city center. However, the dining experience was not up to standards and felt overpriced. Despite that, the hotel's convenient location made it a good choice for a short stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a bad smell at first but upgrading to a suite solved that issue. However, the noise level was a bit high, and the view from the room was not the best, as it overlooked an industrial area.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the room was superficially clean, it had its share of dust and grime in hard-to-reach spots and a bitty floor. On the upside, the location was pretty good, being very close to the Medina and Casa Port railway station. However, the service was a bit lacking with a not-so-great breakfast experience and some disrespectful staff behavior.
